TwoOneGo guide
How to ask for useful feedback
A good A/B question gives members enough context to compare the choice without steering them toward your favorite.
State the goal, not the answer
Explain what you are trying to achieve in neutral language. “Which cover makes the topic clearer?” is more useful than “Isn’t the bold cover better?”
Keep option labels parallel
Use similar length and detail for A and B. Avoid praise, warnings, or extra claims in only one label.
Present images consistently
Use comparable crops, scale, lighting, and resolution. Only upload images you have permission to use and consent to share.
Include the constraint that changes the choice
If budget, audience, setting, or purpose matters, say so briefly. Leave out personal information that members do not need.
Interpret the result carefully
TwoOneGo reveals a distribution at exactly 10 counted votes. That result can surface a useful preference, but it is not representative research or expert advice.
